About Nadeen Beshai
Meet Nadeen
Associate Therapist (she/her)
I became a therapist to join a profession that dedicates its work to support the wellbeing of others. Being able to provide people with a space to feel heard, seen, and supported on their journey to healing is a role I honor and find to be truly humbling. Through therapy, one has the opportunity to learn that change can take place. With psycho-education, cognitive restructuring, and emotional regulation skills, you can realize your potential to create the change you want to see in your life.
Many clients come to me for help with anxiety and OCD. If you feel overwhelmed by worry, compulsive behaviors, and intrusive thoughts then therapy with me may be the right fit for you. I have training and experience in Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy if you are interested in a structured program for OCD.
Some therapeutic modalities I utilize are:
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP)
Narrative Therapy
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
My specialties are:
Anxiety
Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
Depression
